Visualization: Introduction to the front and back chakras

The primary chakras are our seven energy centers that run along the spine and cross our physical body. Thus, there is the front and the back for each of the chakras.

This visualization exercise introduces you to your chakras to establish your relationship with each one of them.

You will have movements to do with your hands and affirmations to pronounce for each of the chakras.

Practice your Energy Centering.

Activate your hands of light or Reiki. Plan to activate your hands of light by rubbing your hands together and / or activating your Reiki symbols.

The Root Chakra

Breathe deeply and pay attention to the base of your spine, the area where the Root Chakra is located.

See the red ray of Archangel Uriel and inhale through the front of the Root Chakra as you see the red energy running through it, then exhale through the back of the Root Chakra. Then, inhale through the back of the Root Chakra and exhale through the front.

Now, pay attention to the center of your Root Chakra. Put your hands on this region and say the following words:

“Hi Root Chakra, I’m happy to be aware of your presence and to develop my relationship with you. Thank you for being here.

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. Now I know: I am life. Through my birth, I manifest the right to exist. I am! “

The Sacred Chakra

Breathe deeply. Then, turn your attention to your Sacred Chakra at the level of the sexual organs. Then, inhale from behind the Sacred Chakra and exhale through the front of it.

Now, pay your attention to the center of your Sacred Chakra. Put your hands on this region and say the following words:

The Solar Plexus Chakra

The Heart Chakra

Breathe deeply. Pay attention to your Heart Chakra in the center of your chest. Finally, inhale through the back of the Heart Chakra and exhale through the front of it.

Now, pay attention to the center of your Heart Chakra, put your hands on it and say the following:

I pledge to listen to you and to take the measures that allow your full radiance. I love, I am loved and completely loveable. “

The Throat Chakra

The Crown Chakra
